Angela, our butler, was extremely attentive and the other staff we met in the resort were very helpful and friendly (special call out for Lif). "when the time we arrive, our next room was in construction, the painting smell caused us can't use the balcony. The hotel offering us the deluxe room with the pool but we didn't want to pack all the things back to luggage so we refused, instead they gave us a free meal. The staff was nice and try hard to solve the problem."
