We had a great time there. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice and clean. Food was really good and reasonable price. We would highly recommend this hotel.

the gym isn’t in good condition. the shower is not consistent. other than that, everything else was great.

Amazing stay, very high class. Beautiful resort rooms and service. Only thing to mention is this resort is about 15 min walk from Ao Nang beach (partially uphill). They do have a shuttle service that runs every 2 hours

Read whole review!! This property is beautiful. The room is nice, but beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Beware if you rent the scooters! We did and the person who rented it to us did not speak English, we signed nothing. My mom unfortunately, got in a minor accident. It was a very scary experience as they demanded money on the scene and no one spoke English to walk us through it. They ended up transporting my mom to the police station where the police officers continuously laughed at her and spoke again no English so we just sat there until I had to drive around Thailand to money currencies to get money to pay off the three parties for them to release my mother. The staff from the hotel that arrived at the rude and unhelpful literally yelled at me because she didn’t understand me. Please beware that there is no liability on the hotel if you rent a scooter and if something happens, they demand cash on the spot or they do not release you. These things should be explained to the renter. Overall, it was a very scary experience. The hotel staff did not care at all when I tried to explain it to them

We enjoyed the adult only stay. It was quiet, close to the beach, monkey trail, and shops. Bed was comfy. We would stay here again
