"Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and apologetic when machines were down to get my deposit back. Rooms were fairly clean, though could be dusted a bit. But the showers were very clean though, and I loved the huge mirror and counter space. Fridge was nice and cold, and we really loved the water refill stations by the ice machines on each floor. "My room had a bugs crawling on the pillow. I have the video and I showed the manager. I sent him the video as well as his request. He said prior moving me from my room he will send a team to make a full room investigation to see if there are more. which was fine. No one ever came. The next day I woke up with more bugs in my bed that I have squashed while sleeping."
