Great hot water in shower

The Chatwal is very central to Times Square and other iconic buildings. The members of staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We had the best trip to NYC and will recommend the Hotel to others

Under the guise of sustainability, they built a cheap hotel that should be rated 4 stars at most, certainly NOT 5 stars. Everything is cheap and low quality, from the time you walk through the front door, greeted by someone who is dressed like he is going to the mall, certainly not a sharp, elegant and clean looking uniform. Same with the room, cheaply built, horrible closets, Motel-8 level of towels and bed sheets. But they charge you for a 5-star experience! Location is great but the hotel is not

This property is in the middle of everything. Very safe and clean hotel. Would recommend especially staying in Rome city center.

The rooms are incredible, we really enjoyed our stay here! Check in was a little disappointing, we arrived a little earlier and they told us they couldn’t give us our room which is understandable, and the receptionist was very dull, when we came back later the other receptionist was also very unbothered with us and even asked us if we weren’t confused and maybe we were staying at the Hilton, I was bothered by it. So front desk very disappointing, they didn’t explained anything about the hotel and some other guests were also bothered by their attitude. Other than that we didn’t have to interact with other hotel staff. The rooms are super confortables and we recommend it. They clean your room more than once a day which is very cool. One day we decided to eat at the pool and the food it’s okay but overpriced, I recommend finding something else for better quality. The casino it’s fine! And the food area they have it’s very convenient and good. Everything seemed very clean and after all I would recommend staying here!
