"Hotel a 15 min walk to a metro station. Standard room is a little small but have most things needed and was clean and in good condition. Breakfast was very good with a buffet of cereals, some hot foods, salads, cakes, breads, yoghurts, juices and a coffee machine."

"Nice hotel, spacious and comfortable room. There is a tram stop, close to the hotel, and two of the trams stopping there (No5 and No15) are going to the city centre. The hotel personnel could be a bit friendlier, and the breakfast buffet - better. Most of the "hot dishes" were not hot at all, and on some days the variety was definitely lesser."

"The Hotel Niky was very beautiful, I could not believe I had YouTube on my TV even in English. Had a walk-in shower, the most comfortable bed. Close to St. Alexander Nevski Cathedral., 2,000-year-old ruins, only a few blocks from the famous Vitosha Blvd., many other Eastern Orthodox Church's. and I was able to see 7 Museums. all walking distance. Staff were very helpful and professional, and I loved the Greek Restaurant attached to the Hotel, the Greek salad was delicious."

"We have a very late arrival flight so self check-in was a great option. The room is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very convenient. Great location! The only drawback - we arrived at 1 a.m. in the winter and the heating in the room was not switched on, so it took some time to warm up the room. We managed to turn the heater by ourselves, however it would be better if there are some (printed) instructions about this for other late guests or the management turn on...
