The villa Lindemann since 1886 family owned and is still inhabited by the descendants of Lindemann's. By September 2013, the garden level of the villa has been converted to a spacious apartment with 75 square meters of living space.

The large living room measures approximately 30 square meters. The comfortable sofa can be converted into a double bed on request. A large dining table seats 6 people and the reading chair is ideal for a cozy readers pause.
The 40-inch LCD TV has HD cable connection, a CD and DVD player are also included.

The eat-in kitchen with dining area for 5 persons is fully equipped with refrigerator, electric stove, oven and dishwasher.

The 'bay-bedroom' is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a chest of drawers.

In 'Red Bedroom' found two beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. One of the beds during the day is stored as a pull-out bed under the other bed.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink and toilet.

2. The 800-square-foot garden plot adjacent to the Elbe and the rechtselbischen same bike path. The direct Elbzugang through the garden is possible to use the garden is the family reserved.

Breathtaking

We loved our stay! The parking was great. The house and apartment were like something out of a fairytale. There were extensive gardens and key access was given to the gate leading to the path by the Elbe. Dresden Innenstadt was within a 45 minute walk. The apartment was spacious and had everything that we needed including many places to sit. It was truly magical. Close to public transportation. We will most certainly be returning if ever in the area again.

wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Garten in guter Lage von Dresden, sehr freundlicher Empfang und gut ausgestattete Wohnung, zum Garten hin sehr ruhig gelegen mit lauschigem Sitzplatz im Grünen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden im Bedarfsfall wieder gerne hier herkommen.

Großzügige Wohnung in beeindruckender Villa mit traumhaftem Garten und perfekter Lage an der Elbe

Jederzeit wieder - wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dank der tollen Lage der großzügigen Wohnung - direkt an der Elbe und zentrumsnah. Die Villa ist beeindruckend, der Garten ist ein Traum. Der Gastgeber hat zu jeder Zeit alle Fragen beantwortet und uns persönlich willkommen geheißen. Alles top! Sollte mich jemand nach einer Unterkunftsempfehlung in Dresden fragen, würde ich immer diese nennen.

Urlaub in Dresden

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Garten war ein Paradies für uns und vor allem für unsere Kinder. Die tolle Baumschaukel war das absolute Highlight. Eine tolle Begrüßung mit Blumen auf dem Tisch und Schokolade auf dem Kopfkissen hatten wir auch. Von der Villa war alles wunderbar zu erreichen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Herrlich ruhig, perfekt eingerichtet… einfach zum Wohlfühlen.

Wir haben nach einem ruhigen Platz geschaut für Austausch und Studium. Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Gemeinsam kochen machte Spaß und am Küchentisch finden sowieso die besten Gespräche statt.Auch die Pause war ein Höhepunkt- mit wenigen Schritten zum Elbufer, um dort spazierend den Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Für kalte Füße wartete in der Wohnung sogar eine Wärmflasche.

Eine wunderbare Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist groß, gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sie war sogar dezent weihnachtlich dekoriert. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage an der Elbe ist wirklich einzigartig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Dresden

Unser Aufenthalt in in der Elbvilla war wirklich sehr schön. Die Villa liegt zentral direkt an der Elbe. Man von dort zu Fuß in die Altstadt gehen oder auch mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren, die ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe abfahren. Die Wohnung ist super gemütlich eingerichtet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
