Stylishly renovated old building in a listed city villa near Elbradweg

Our apartment on the first floor in Dresden-Pieschen is completely renovated and is looking forward to welcoming guests who want to enjoy the special atmosphere in the listed city villa "Oscar".
The interior of the villa meets high standards. The preparation of the facade and the outer area of ​​the house are planned with the monument protection.
The apartment has a size of 75 square meters and has two separate bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a walk-through room, a luxurious large bathroom with shower, bathtub and underfloor heating, a separate spacious kitchen and the living-bay room with HD TV, DVD, stereo and Internet and a stove. Free parking is available in the enclosed courtyard.
Here is also a rain-proof shelter with a nice bench, which is also to use for smokers.
Opposite the house there are 2 tram stops, which provide around the clock trips to the center. You also have all the relevant shopping opportunities such as Rewe, Aldi, Metzkerei and bakeries visa vis. The house is about 200m from the Elbe, along with Elbradweg and the ball and brewhouse "Watzke", with its special beer garden and the unique view of the old town. Likewise, there are various other restaurants and beer gardens, located directly on the Elbe. And all in a radius of about 1 KM.

Lovely, spacious and relaxing!
Our family of 4 was blessed to stay at this property. We enjoyed a restful, pleasant time here in which we cooked some of our own meals in the ample kitchen, and had enough space to not feel cramped. The home is tastefully decorated and the bathroom is very large and luxurious! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Bikes were offered to rent and there is a great bike path into the city, very close to this property. The option of Netflix along with a DVD player, was nice. There is a bakery, grocery store, drug mart and tram/bus stop just across the street from this house, making things so handy. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Anlässlich des 2. AC/DC Auftritts in Dresden waren mein Bruder und ich 3 Nächte in dieser sehr schön renovierten und eingerichteten Wohnung. Tolle Lage, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strassenbahn und Biergarten mit Elbblick in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bester Kontakt im Vorfeld in Bezug auf Anreise etc., vor Ort herzlicher Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer. Meine Frau und ich waren eine Woche in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung, es war alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, mehrere Tramlinien vor der Tür, der Elberadweg nur fünf Minuten entfernt.

Super Lage. Beschreibung hat exakt gepasst und alles war toll organisiert. Wohnung ist sauber. Nur vier Sterne, da im EG der Tierschutz mit einer Katzenpension ist und es daher im Treppenhaus riecht und wenn die Fenster von der Pension und von der Wohnung offen sind, zieht der Geruch in die Wohnung nach oben. Ich würde trotzdem erneut diese Ferienwohnung wieder wählen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung
Von außen nicht sehr einladent, aber die Wohnugn ist wirklich sehr sehr schön. Mit viel Liebe renoviert und dekoriert. Die Lage mit der S-Bahn vor der Tür ist perfekt Auto wird nicht gebraucht. Die Bahn hört man des nachts nicht. Sehr netter Vermieter. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und würde da selbst immer wieder wohnen.

Wir fahren regelmäßig im Herbst für ein paar Tage nach Dresden. Die Wohnung in Pieschen liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und sehr nah am besten Bäcker, dem besten Brauhaus (Watzke) und direkt neben einigen Supermärkten. Die Stadtvilla Oskar ist für uns seit Jahren die erste Wahl. Bequem und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wir kommen solange wieder, wie der Preis nicht unsere persönliche Vorstellung von einer angemessenen Miete übersteigt. Das wird langsam eng. 🤔

Ich war zur Kaisermania mit zwei Freundinnen zum zweiten Mal in der schönen Wohnung von Herrn Pietsch. Die Schlüsselübergabe durch den Verwalter war wieder unkompliziert. Wir kannten uns ja bereits aus. Herrn Pietsch persönlich kennengelernt; sehr freundlich. Der Katzentierschutz stört in keiner Weise und wir lassen immer Spenden da. Die beiden Damen kümmern sich so liebevoll um die Kätzchen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung und der Umgebung treffen exakt zu.
