"This was the second stay at this cosey cottage . Perfectly situated for walking into town and along the river . Beds comfortable with quality bedding. Courtyard garden was clean and tidy the frount door needs attention due to sticking and really having to push very hard to open and toiket seat is to small for pan which is a little off putting . The private Parking was easy and a bonus in Topsham . Would highly recommended this cottage . cold). Only o ) "

"A gentle getaway - a cosy beautifully equipped house literally around the corner from the beach and the village shops and pubs. Really quaint and pretty. Perfect for dogs - although, no doors downstairs to contain them and no stair gate to keep them from exploring. Our dogs loved being able to patrol the stairs and landing!! "We had a lovely few days staying in Barn Cottage. Nathan made us feel really welcome and provided us with all the info we needed. The cottage is gorgeous and has everything in it - from an arcade game machine to a popcorn maker. We loved it. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfy."
