Spacious and Great Views
Overall, the home was great. We enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of utensils and dishes. There were plenty of towels and various supplies if needed. We spent most of the time outside of the home, but watching the sunrise from the front patio with coffee in hand was magnificent! Also, one of the neighborhood dogs likes to stop by and play fetch. He was super cute! A few drawbacks to consider: 1. Like a few other reviews have mentioned, the hot tub was a little green and had a strong strong chlorine smell. That didn’t stop us from getting in it though. It could definitely use a throughout cleaning after being drained. 2. The beds, at least in the master bedroom, are extra firm. It’s like sleeping on a plywood plank. For some people this is great, others not so much. 3. The garage was left in complete disarray. When we arrived, there was a huge pile of trash left in the garage. The grill was absolutely disgusting and junk was left lying around everywhere. Unless you want to clean the entire garage, it’s impossible to park a car in there. 4. The backyard is not tended to. The weeds are overgrown and there was an old grill, trash, and other outdoor tools left lying around everywhere outside. 5. Lastly, one of the neighbors came by in the morning while we were enjoying coffee on the porch. He was incredibly rude, told us we looked like hell and to make sure to turn the lights off because it’s disturbing his nighttime view. We didn’t even leave the

Perfect Scenic Location
We had 4 adults and 6 kids under 13 stay here. The house was spacious and gave everyone some room to breathe. The only thing I made sure to pack for extra was laundry detergent and some dishwasher pods. I only did this because I read some reviews. We did use them. Our kids were entertained when we were there. The kitchen was large enough for everyone to be in too. We loved the view here. Absolutely amazing. Added bonus is its location and price. It’s about couple hours from Yellowstone and not far to Jackson. We also went the Alpine direction and we were able to see Kokanee salmon breeding. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay
Everything was great the whole trip. The location is great for both Grand Teton and Yellowstone. There is enough room for many adults, enough parking for several cars, and a nice fire pit that even had some firewood left for us. The only negative thing would be that when many people shower, the showers can go cold, however, this is easily manageable.

Overall stay
The property location is beautiful, quiet and large parking area. The yard needed to be mowed and weeds were over taking the flower beds. The front porch could have been cleaned better, but it was a great front porch that we used often. The home is beautiful, clean and nicely land out. The house was not stocked with supplies you needed to use the house, no garbage bags, no laundry detergent, only a few dishwasher pods. When we called the property manager she promptly brought the supplies. She was easy to reach and answered right away. Overall we were very happy with the home. It was location was perfect to town.

Disappointing Stay
We have rented many VRBO properties over the years and this was the worst ever. We arrived with a vehicle of groceries and anticipated BBQ. The grill was out of gas, we contacted the property manager who stated they would address it the next day. I politely replied that was not acceptable as we had food. They delivered a tank in about two hours but did not hook it up. We hooked up the tank and the grill still did not work. The home was dirty from the trim in the home, to scratches and gouges in the walls. The garage was filthy with dust/grime on the ping pong table to dead baby birds, mouse droppings in the garage and multiple bags of garbage stored in the garage instead of the cans outside. The outside of the house in very worn from the siding to the decks. There were weeds everywhere with 3 foot pickers right up to the entrance to the hot tub. The beds around the house were not kept up and full of weeds and in need of care. We didn't realize the home was not air conditioned and had a few warms days inside but it did cool down at night. This was our oversight but be aware that in the summer this could be an issue. There were many fans and portable air conditioners in the closets but this is not something I would want to deal with on a vacation. The patio furniture was also broken. The house was furnished nicely with adequate seating and beds. The kitchen also had a good supply of dishes, pots/pans, glasses, etc. There were lots of towels available as well.

Great Family Reunion House
The house was wonderful! Beautiful view of the Tetons from the front porch. So close to the Ski Resort and Jackson Hole. We rented bikes from Peaked Sports and rode a local path. The only downfall to the house is that there’s a TON of mice poop in the garage. But we’re fortunate enough that we never have encountered any in the house. The pillows were subpar so I’d recommend bringing your own. And there’s no A/C however, if the wind if blowing in your rooms favor at night, then you can cool down that way. There are lots of fans that’s provided if you don’t have a room with windows that are in line with the wind. My whole family absolutely loved this trip and I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the Teton river float and the put in/take out points.are less than 5 miles from home. Hiking trails nearby in national forest where pups are allowed! Rushed Turnover
I arrived at the property about an hour after official check-in time and the cleaner was leaving which seemed odd that the cleaning would still have been going on an hour after check-in. It wasn't a good sign. The interior of the house was pretty clean although we did see a lot of dishes with water spots and/or flat out dirty in the cabinets. We found a pile of trash still in the garage. Pizza boxes, empty beer cans/bottles, etc. A lot of trash. On the front porch there were a couple of soaking wet rugs draped over the rocking chairs. We checked the hot tub as we were looking forward to a soak after a long day of hiking and exploring. Removing the cover we were greeted with green, smelly water. We messaged the host about our problems, they are a national management company so they depend on a local person to respond to these issues. That person came after a couple hours, grabbed the trash and rugs and said they'd call "someone" about the hot tub. The next day we had not heard anything so I contacted the host again about the hot tub. They said they spoke to the local person and that the tub would not be fixed before our departure. I asked for a partial refund as a BIG reason we chose this property was for the hot tub. I was given a refund that ended up being 14.5% of my total bill which I thought was less than I would expect for the condition of the property and the broken hot tub. This property has a ton of potential and when clean and everything is working I'm sure its excellent. Maybe we just timed it wrong, we were told a large group checked out the day we checked in and they talked about them as though the condition of the property was their fault. That could be partially true, but in the end doesn't much matter who's fault it was from my perspective.

Great views, but some shortfalls
I think it is easiest way to review this is to list the pros and cons. So Pros: The view is to die for, you will want to spend a lot of time on the front porch. The Grand Tetons view is spectacular!!!!! Big Kitchen, great table for everyone to eat, plenty of plates and cook stuff, big playroom loft area with sleeping, tv and toys, great queen bedrooms with dressers. Cons: House supposedly sleeps 20, but has two very small kitchen trash cans, need one big one, spent too much time taking trash out. The bunk room is small. How can there be only 1 wine glass for a home that advertises for 20! Needs more wine glasses. Back deck is way too small, even dangerous,-there is a table out there with six chairs. However, the table is pushed up against the wall, if you pull it out no one can walk by and the chairs will fall off the deck. This deck need to be expanded for 20 people. Pillows on all beds are terrible, feel like the $3.99 pillows from Walmart. There is a firepit, but you can't use it because the thorn bushes and weeds around it are too tall, as a matter of fact both front and back lawns need mowed, so kids have a place to play. Rug under the kitchen table is a trip hazard. One corner is flipped up, bad for both kids and elderly. All it takes is a piece of carpet tape. Hot tub steps are also dangerous, the move and rock when you step on them. Also, lots of weeds around them. Bottom line, would we stay in this home again, YES for sure! But, I would check on a few items before I book again. Also, when we got there the smoke detectors kept going off, then stopping and going off again. The caretaker came right away and was very nice, but had no answer on how to fix them. When our son and son-in-law came, they asked if we checked the batteries, which we nor caretaker did. So, they checked them and they were all from 2019! That's bad. We finally just took them all down and spent a week there without any smoke detectors. I hope they have since fixed them and take the time to change batteries from now on.
