Clean and comfortable beds and the heating is good (critical for a winter stay), but the pots/pans/stovetop in the kitchen needed better cleaning and towelrails were missing in the bathroom. "Do not recommend staying. Upon arriving at the property there was a lock on the gate (which the host had notified us about and had provided us with a code for). The code did not work despite multiple attempts. I called the host to ask for assistance. Due to poor reception it was difficult to hear, however, host was very impatient and rude. "Overall the place was nice for a tiny home. It was a bit disappointing that there was a property so close to the accomodation. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. I would also suggest to the owner to put the Jiffy fire lighters outside as the accomodation smelt like fuel when we arrived. Some of the electrics were not working as well. The cleanliness was impeccable, far exceeding expectations. Every corner of our room was spotless, making it easy to feel right at home. The service was just as remarkable, with the team going above and beyond to make us feel welcome in their “no frills” style, which we genuinely appreciated. It was refreshing to feel as comfortable as we do in our own home without unnecessary extravagance. A special mention for the blue towels—such a thoughtful touch! "Very good size room for our family with good facilities.Having 2 bedrooms is a bonus to get at any Motel. Would recommend to those staying in Seymour.The only negative was the mattress on the double bed probably could be updated,as we got up feeling our backs."
