First i got there, the sink was full of dishes, no coffee machine, the bed was not made and full of ass hair, the towels were wet and on the floor of the bathrrom, no toilet paper, the vacuum had not been done…..almost no dishes to cook, the microwave is so small that you haver to moût your plate in on the side to make it fit in, no AC so really really warm in it. "Hostess was fabulous giving instructions on entry into property. There was grass clippings and dirt in the main entrance upon entering but the remainder of the home was very clean. We should have asked for more specifics about where all 12 of us would sleep but we finally found 2 inflatable mattresses under the stairwell with duvets and pillows ( no bed sheets or pillow cases). "It's a cute little place, but definitely bigger than you'd think! The fact that is has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms was really cool, and worked out great for us! It's super close to the Badlands Ampitheatre, where we were working for the weekend, and it made the work so much nicer because we could just come back to the property and relax. "Lovely property with a welcoming and easy to reach host. To go up to five stars this property just needs a professional deep cleaning followed by professional cleaning between renters. There were small things like dirty baseboards door edges and fans that make a difference to first impressions. Also attention to repair details would take a very nice property to a special one. "Our family of four (children aged 10 months and three years) greatly enjoyed our stay. While there were some minor issues (the dryer and freezer didn't work, and the security code was incorrect), they were all promptly fixed by the management company. The house itself is fairly small with low ceilings in the basement, but it was very accommodating to our young children. There were dinosaurs EVERYWHERE. "This rental was perfect for our group of 8 cyclists in Drumheller for the Grand Fondo. The house was clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was great to have AC on a hot weekend. Everything was as advertised and the hosts were very responsive. Only hiccup was that we were given the wrong door code to unlock. But a quick call to the hosts solved that. Would definitely recommend the Dino Roar to a large family or group of friends."

This was one of the first places that popped up on my search of places to stay and I'm so glad it was available! Ideally located in the cute downtown area, easy parking, responsive property management, perfect space for 2 adults or a small family. Well appointed apartment with a GREAT shower!
