"Overall it was a lovely property. Quiet, clean, very comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating and made us some fridge space. It would have been nice to be instructed a bit more regarding use of outdoor space. There was a key in the door leading to outside, and the door was very difficult to open and would lock on us if closed. Breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again but would ask more questions at check in!"

"This room was booked for my dad for a one night stay. The hotel was beautiful. Very tastefully restored to Georgian grandness. The room was compact but very tastefully decorated & he said he slept like a log. There was bit of an issue with the flushing mechanism of the toilet & he informed the receptionist. The staff were all very lovely & he enjoyed his breakfast."

"My friends and I were so impressed with our room, it really had everything you could possibly need and is very central. My only slight observation was that upon entering our room for the first time, there was a strong smell of cigarettes (none of us are smokers). This smell never really went away so I do wonder if it was coming from outside. I was also quite cold throughout the night despite turning the heating up. "
