"Tried to put me in inferior room than the one I booked. After complaint was given a room with safe not working. Third room I was given was an upgrade but the internet worked horribly in all 3 rooms which were in different parts of hotel, different levels. Bed wasnt very comfortable. No way this hotel deserves anything close to the rating it has. One of the rooms the sink was over the toilet making it awkward to use. I arrived at hotel very tired from long trip the check in fiasco took over...

"The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"

Maar wij hadden goede 5G-verbinding ter plaatse. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Bohemen en Praag (op ruim 1 uur rijden). De omliggende natuur en kastelen en stadjes (o.a. "Nice place. Big house. Good and clean swimming pool where our daugherts had lots of fun. Beside they can use the trampoline and other play areas as much as they want. Bedding and enough towels are included. There is a washing machine in the house for private use, very pleasant. Contact with the owners was very good. A lots of activities to do in the region. We recommend this place to everybody. We had a great holiday in Turnov!"

"Wir haben ein Wochenende als gesamte Familie in Kates Haus verbracht und waren alle total begeistert mit wieviel Liebe dieses Haus eingerichtet ist und von Kate betreut wird. Wir haben uns alle von der ersten Sekunde an wohl gefühlt und wollen unbedingt nochmal ein paar Tage dort verbringen. Sie hat an alles gedacht. "Das liegt sehr ruhig in mitten einen kleinen Park zusammen mit anderen Ferienhäusern. Diese liegen aber alle in einem akzeptabelen Abstand zu einander. Ich möchte gleich auf den Punkt kommen und zwar müsste das Bad mit der Dusche wieder mal renoviert werden und eine neue komplette neue Einbauküche mit neuen Geräten ist auch wieder mal fällig. Auch die gestellte Bettwäsche war zwar gewaschen trotzdem hatten einige Decken noch Flecken. Der Rest ist soweit alles in Ordnung gewesen."
