The internet is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Very weak, comes and goes, a waste of time. Also the GYM is not usable, it is just a picture on expedia but in reality all is faulty or missing. And to think that i chose the hotel for the "gym"....

It was very dirty, run down. Internet service was terrible. Elevator were not always working and there was furniture in the stairwells. Reception, cleaning staff, bellhops were all helpful and friendly. Will never stay there again

when checkjng in I asked sbout the beach shuttle, and was told they havent offered that service for a while. i inquired why it was still in the services listing and wad was told that ,'marketing' chooses to keep it up.

I have request an iron and iron table the when it comes with the hous keeping he insists that to receive it back after 20 minutes and keep standing front of me begging for it after 20 minutes only with hilarious face and I disappointed really how there’s also no table it was only one bed sheet to iron on it and the service is only 20 minutes!!! Night club was disturbing us until 3 am😏

staff are very friendly especially Mr, Ismail

Reception staff are very friendly especially Mr, ismail. Room are very big comfortable bed ,clean room but wi -fi is not working fast very slow . I enjoyed my stay hopeful come back again to stay again in this hotel.
