Dear Santish,
I just wanted to provide some feedback on my recent stay at CityMax Business Bay. Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel, with comfortable accommodations and friendly staff. However, I do have a small suggestion for improvement.
As a British customer who enjoys a traditional cup of tea, I was disappointed to see that the room only had powdered milk available. Many British tea drinkers prefer to use fresh milk in their tea, as it provides a richer and creamier taste. I would recommend providing small cartons of fresh milk in the rooms for guests who prefer this option. I did, of course, ask for non powdered milk on no less than 3 occasions to 3 different people and they all said politely that it was not possible for me to have any.
I hope you will consider this feedback for future guests, as it would greatly enhance the tea-drinking experience for British customers staying at CityMax Business Bay.
