We checked out of the Atlantis Royal and booked half board fir 2 nights. Immediately the Concierge when he saw our room was facing the building works he took us back to reception, we were allocated a stunning room. The safety from security and support and service staff was amazing. The food at The Goose Tap house on half board was so generous and delicious. Fantastic service beautiful surroundings

I really wanted to like this hotel but it massively falls short compared to the usual dubai standard. Service is poor. Room not cleaned multi times, no water restock, not turndown service multiple evenings. My room key kept resetting so i had to go down every evening to get a new one. The pool service was slow despite the number of staff available. The towels have stains on most of them. The rooms although beautiful fell short on the finer details. Light switches all over the room, bathroom one side of the room but dressing room on the other side. We had a bar in our room but no glasses at all. The pillows were flat pancakes despite asking for additional. Its ok but there are much better options for less money

Amazing property and Mr. Tejas was an amazing host and he took care of our entire stay and also gave us a late check out. Highly recommend this property if u like to stay at JBR ….
