AL Naseem was an absolute dream! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival regarding our flight times change, the team welcomed us so warmly at such early hours accommodated our every need and made sure room was ready for us to stay! I was absolutely blown away from start to finish nothing was too much going above and beyond the pool staff were so friendly always smiling and making us feel so special especially Loyd, I would recommend this hotel to every family and look forward to staying at Al Naseem again!

If you have any doubts or second thoughts about booking this hotel don’t. I am so glad I booked my family trip for 2 weeks and had the most amazing experience of my life. This hotel is beyond five stars. I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. One of the best rooms (suites) I’ve ever stayed in. One of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel. Food at The Palmery was so tasty, the breakfast options vast and generous. Everything was a first class experience.
