This hotel refused to provide the room, claiming that the room was already occupied by other customers. This hotel also refused to give a refund, which is what your expedia company should do.

not recommended if you don't have to stay in this
It was one of the worst stays ever for me. the room was very dirty and old, area was bad, parking was very difficult, no valet service from the hotel, internet was now working, air condition in the room blows on the bad directly, no chance to turn it off not to have a hot room, no chance to open it not be sick all... the best part for me was check-out for me. It definitively needs a huge investment to say, it is Ok to stay.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating however, we would not stay there again. It was difficult to find. The room was super basic. You had to pay to park your car. No basic amenities like a hairdryer. It was good for one night and in a central location but I would not recommend for a longer stay.

Ophold på Florida hotel i Dubai
Det var en fantastisk oplevelse, at bo på Florida hotel i Dubai. Min kusine og jeg var meget glad for den behandling vi har fået fra personalet på hotellet. Vi var også glad for hotellets belingehed, da den ligger i et meget multikulturelt område, i den gamle Dubai, hvor mange forskellige kulturer er repræsenteret.

Een hotel met vriendelijk personeel
Het hotel en kamers zijn oud. Slechte ventilatie in kamer. plek van het Hotel is prima afhankelijk wat je wilt in Dubai. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk, verder vonden wij het niet echt geweldig maar ook geen ramp voor 2 nachten.
