Expedia should not rate these properties high and mislead foreign customers. The room I was in had roaches, bath rooms were ill maintained, leaky & noisy. I did complaint to the reception manager several times. He said to reach out to Expedia.

For our six day stay rooms were only cleaned once and on request for that matter. We were made to pay extra money on early check in and full rate for late check out. Staff were not ready to discuss this

The staffs at service desk are very good, cooperative and friendly to help what they could help. Generally, the room is ok for staying somehow clean and safe aiming the visit of Dubai for more of close proximity for shopping and visiting marketplaces than for leisure. The bathroom of my room needs to be refurbished up to the standard as it is already wearied and teared. Although my room was non-smoking the guests in neighbor room were polluting with smoke and the corridor was filled with this health risk dirty cigarette smell. The Hotel should have strick rule to take required action and put signs on visible places and referring such offence to the applicable local law enforcement.

I found the furniture to be old and broken. The bathroom ceiling to come off, the door latch broken and lift to be dangerous because of poor sensor detection. These things could be improved.

I did not like everything about the property. The staff were rude. The information provided on hotel website was wrong and misleading. The amenities were not provided and when I tried to explain to the hotel staff they openly told me they did not care. The room I was given was filthy and smelly. I was completely cheated for that reservation and I will never go back to that hotel.

the hotel was very dirty smelled like slum the shower were broken and the tub was also broken i recommend not to reserve this place for any reason . i had planned to stay overnight and catch my flight next morning but i preferred to stay in terminal then this dirty and smelly place
