Excellent family home
Jacaranda Cottage was beautifully presented with excellent facilities. It is located in a quiet residential area just a short drive to the centre of Dubbo. Glenda was a thoughtful host who offered any help we might have needed (we had everything we needed).

Photos online are misleading
The host was very attentive which was great however... both the interior and exterior were very unkempt. Stains on lounge, mould on bathroom ceiling, cupboard interiors & over griller dirty. Yard was also overgrown and backyard not landscaped so you wouldn't use it to relax in. For the high cost we paid, very disappointing unfortunately.

Great house in Dubbo
We had a total of 8 people staying ranging from 2 months old to 37 years old and the house was just perfect for our family. Beds comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, Disney Channel great for kids, close to the shops, air conditioning work well. It was like a home away from home.

We booked this property for the family while my son played in the rugby state champs comp. It was a perfect location and very comfortable stay. Suited the whole family - aged 11 to 90 plus our two little dogs!

Family fun in Dubbo
We had a family of seven stay for a few days - grand parents, parents and 3 young kids. Went to the zoo for a couple of days which was great. There is plenty of room in the house and the rooms are fairly comfortable. Two bathrooms were nice and tidy and in full working order. Kitchen is fine but the coffee machine wasn't working! I informed the owner and nothing happened as she needed to call a tech. That said, when the Disney channel didn't work I let her know and she provided the password details almost immediately. Generally very happy with the owners responsiveness and level of service.

Cosy, perfect for 2 families
Everything was seamless from booking, to check in & departure. The place was nice with everything we needed provide from linen to kitchenware to read/coffees. We went during winter so it was pretty cold but loved that each bed was fitted with electric blankets that kept us warm without using heaters etc. we had a pleasant stay. Kitchen was spacious & perfect for us.

Family catch up
Two groups travelled from interstate and met up here. We both had dogs with us. House and yard was perfect - fully fenced and safe for the fur babies. We had a great time exploring the town and finally catching up with family after so long. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
