Expedia did not send our confirmation to the hotel and reception was unable to find my booking. Luckily the front desk was very nice and helpful, they called Expedia on our behalf with the confirmation number to ensure my booking and requested them to send it over to them. Rooms were clean and nice, overall they were so helpful during this time. Now I have to make sure our bookings are confirmed each time I book through Expedia.

Overflowing garbage can right in front of entrance to my room; also, what Expedia stated during reservation were not available or provided eg breakfast was for sale, you ordered king size bed but you get queen size bed. When you follow up with Expedia and they property, they tell you even though it’s stated during booking, it is not mandatory. I found that very interesting!!
