Seems like they’re still working out the kinks. Room: No instructions for using dual-head shower or streaming TV remote, Bluetooth speaker didn’t work at all, dimmer switches glitchy (why does the room have dimmer lights? why so many switches?). Weird mirror decor needed a sign to ask guests to not hang clothes on it. Why is there an amplifier in the room? Why aren’t there USB-c outlets? Lobby: bar orders arrive very slowly even on a Monday night. Breakfast staff are all training one another during the morning rush. Electricians working during morning rush 2 days in a row on overhead ducts or wiring or something (left detritus overhead which FELL onto our table during cocktail hour on day 2). Lobby furniture is poor quality, lounge chairs are wearing out already. Breakfast: for 20E should have hot options (omelet or porridge). The following were positives: Room was clean, AC good. Breakfast options were tasty. Shower gel/shampoo was nicely scented. Decent price.

Our view out the window was of trash that was dumped in a lot. But the hotel itself was very nice and the staff were wonderful and accommodating.

The hotel itself is nice, updated, and clean; but is quite far from any shopping and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood is dirty, though it felt safe enough. The check in process is very slow and tedious, and I felt a bit uncomfortable that they ask very personal information, including birthdays, driver license and passport numbers, addresses, etc. Also, the breakfast selection is very limited and also just strange. No one wants charcuterie for breakfast. Where’s the eggs? Beans? A traditional Irish/ English breakfast would have sufficed, so I recommend skipping and walking a few blocks to go somewhere else. Definitely was not worth the money. But like I said, the room itself was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is relatively new so all the amenities were spot on. But it was the staff that made the stay the best: they were helpful, responsive, and attentive. Also the breakfast bar was great.

I could not have asked for a better stay. This place was impeccably clean which is huge for us. The staff were amazing! Not one bad experience with any of them. We were given drink vouchers for going green which was appreciated. The fire alarm going of 2 nights inca row was alarming for sure but again we were compensated witha drink voucher.

The room was nice, renovated and discussed. But air conditioning was not working. In three days of my stay nothing was done about it and no apology was offered or rebate. I paid for the room with air conditioning . They also had alarm at 7 am that ruined my day. I had to jeep the window opened and was woke up by done garage loud activities at 5,40 am! Stuff to trainee to help clients, my room was never cleaned. Apparently, they sending some Ecco support program. But nobody explained me that it means I will be leaving in a filthy room for three days. Will not come back will not recommend .

DO NOT STAY HERE - BUGS!! My friend and I recently stayed here while visiting Dublin and we had the absolute worst time. On our first night, we found one bug and thought nothing of it. On our second/last night, we found so many more crawling all over the floor and nearby pillow. We notified a staff member immediately and they then moved us to a new room after reprimanding us for not telling them when we only saw one bug the night before. We went to the new room and found bugs in that room as well and took video to show staff. We were then switched to a third room. At this time, a staff member came with us to look in the room. We found more bugs on the bed, as confirmed by the staff member. We, along with the staff member, also confirmed that the bugs were not coming from our suitcases or other belongings. We were then moved to a fourth and final room, multiple floors up, in which we found no bugs. After this major inconvenience, we were PROMISED A FULL REFUND for our stay as the bugs were seen and confirmed by the staff member as an INFESTATION. The staff member said they would contact the hotel manager personally so this could be dealt with before we checked out early the next morning. This was NOT the case when we talked to the manager. He was incredibly rude to us and told us he didn’t know the situation and therefore couldn’t help us. After reaching out to the hotel multiple times after our stay we still HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PROMISED REFUND. It has been so disappointing.

Brand new hotel, but on a sketchy-looking street with graffiti and strewn garbage around. Easy to walk to Dublin tourist-friendly areas. Room was kind of sterile looking, not super comfortable. Weird breakfast, not worth 18 Euros per person, odd array of items, would have preferred much less variety and more familiar breakfast foods. Check in process took too long, "contactless" but each guest has to answer a bunch of questions on touch pad and still required help of desk staff. Very little information given at check in about breakfast etc, no information in room about anything. No way to contact staff except at the busy reception desk in person. To be fair, these were my gripes, my partner was happier with the place than I was.
