My wife and I stayed at the Chancery for 2 nights during our recent visit to Dublin. We had a terrace view room on the top floor and the view of Dublin was spectacular. The hotel is new with well designed rooms and high tech electronics. Staff was friendly and helpful. A bit out of the hubbub of the city but an easy walk to Grafton Street and many pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Did not like fully automated lights in the room. ALL the lights had to be either off or on. The "cool factor" was quickly buried by the nonsensical function amity Also did not like the automated bathroom door. The motion sensor in the bathroom was beside the toilet. Wheeen using the toilet the door would open and close. It was possible to lock the door closed---but not keep it open

We were able to walk everywhere. Hotel is close to the Dublin castle, shopping, Molly Malone statue, Trinidad University (Book of Kells), and Temple Bar. Great location, but very quiet.

Opened in March 2024 I stayed September. High tech rooms with electronic lights and other features. Buggy at times. Front desk appreared inexperienced. Announced my room to me at check in. Good food but pricey; few bar/casual options. Lighting in bar area toooo bright. No ambiance. Excellent coffee

The Chancery hotel is a modern and recently opened hotel. It is in the heart of Dublin. Easily walking distance to most touritic attractions, shops and pubs. The breakfast was offering a good selection of food and drinks. The hotel is clean and the staff polite and helpful. We had a very pleasant time there and would recommended it. We had few giggles with the full on technology in the rooms. Door of the bathroom on a sensor button and lights /curtains on a similar system. The beds were very comfy but quite high to climb in. All in all a great place to stay for a Dublin stay.
