Wonderful stay in the 3rd floor Orlando room. Loved the layout and design features of the apartment - we decided if we were ever looking for a studio apartment to live in, this place sets the standard. Very comfortable with so many conveniences. And what a location, right off the Stratum, not far from the Pile gate. Loved this place, and our time in Dubrovnik.

The apartment was spotless. Nice to have a washing machine in the unit after being on the road for ten days. Stones throw from the Main Street in Old Town with all the bars and restaurants. Try Taj Mahal while you’re there. Since we had a later flight after official check out it was really nice to be able to leave the luggage in a safe spot and collect it later.

Fantastic stay at Nije Presa Apartments! Perfect location in the Old Town, only a 2 min walk to Pile Gate and just a couple flights of stairs to climb once in the building. The apartment itself was very thoughtfully designed and well equipped with everything you might need, including a washing machine. Very clean, comfortable bed, and awesome rainfall shower. Ines was incredibly helpful before our stay with communicating and even was updating us on when the Dubrovnik airport was allowing planes to land, since we were delayed getting there from Bari due to high winds. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Dubrovnik and would highly recommend!

Great apartment with tons of amenities

Wow! What a great apartment right in the heart of Dubrovnik! The location is great just a short, mainly flat walk from Pile gate, and while there is a view of ample vertical and stairs on the road of the hotel, you get to the door long before so no strenuous stairs! Inside they redid the stair well to make it extremely easy to walk up the three flights to the room. The hotel is really well appointed - tiny kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, sitting area, comfy bed and really great shower with hot water pressure and washing machine! You can hear the sounds of Dubrovnik from just outside the window while always being comfortable. Host was communicative and supported an easy means to collect the key through code and then again to store our luggage for a couple hours when we checked out

Perfect location! Very comfortable bed. Everything we could possibly need for our stay. We picked it because it was right in the heart of old town. That said, it’s right in the heart of old town so you can hear a lot of happy people having a good time until quite late. Stay here anyway and bring your earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

Great stay in the Baro apartment

Our stay in the Baro apartment was absolutely wonderful. It was perfectly appointed and had everything we needed, and Ines was very helpful when we had any questions. The space was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the air conditioning worked great (it was HOT while we were in Dubrovnik!). I slept on the pull out couch in the living room and it was very comfortable.

Apartment is perfectly located in a beautiful house just of the Stradun street . Easy walk from the Gate and only a few steps up . Our host was excellent when it comes to communications and helping us with local tips . Place is beautiful , tastefully decorated and meticulously clean . It has everything that one needs for staying . Comfortable beds and nice linens , plenty of towels . It is very quiet once the windows are closed and that is rare in Old Town . Highly recommended .

2025年10月末から11月初めに4泊しました。 場所は旧市街城壁内でメイン通りのプラツァ通りから北側の小道に入ってすぐ、階段を3段ほど登った所にあるアパートメントです。コーナーにダックストアがあり、パンケーキで有名(?)なアイスクリーム屋さん(ちょうど日本のバラエティテレビ番組で立ち寄って紹介していました)がある小道です。ピレ門から近くて、重いスーツケースでも楽に行けました。ただし、城壁内の建物はほとんどですが、建物内にエレベーターはありません。今回は最上階である3階(日本式4階)のスタジオ (Orlando)に泊まりましたが、らせん階段の登りは重いスーツケースの場合は大変ですので注意が必要です。 部屋は十分広く、小道に面した窓が2つあり、洗濯物を干すロープがありました。南側の高い所に小窓があり、わずかですが旧市街の赤屋根が見えました。昼間は小道のアイスクリーム屋の客の声が響きますが、窓を閉めると防音されます。朝は教会の鐘の音が聞こえ風情があり、夜はとても静かです。 1ルームタイプですが、大きなクイーンサイズのベッド、テレビに向かったソファーとテーブルのセット、ダイニングテーブルに椅子4脚、フルサイズのキッチンが機能的に配置されており、とても快適に過ごせました。収納も十分でした。枕元にコンセントもあります。 キッチンは2口の電気コンロ、食洗機、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、電気ケトル等が完備されており、鍋や深いタイプのフライパン、食器やカトラリーも十分でした。全て4人分ありました。 バスルームはシャワーのみですが、お湯の出は良く、小さなシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープが置かれていました。 バスルームに洗濯機があり、温水洗浄もできるタイプでした。乾燥機はありません。 日曜祝日以外は毎日ハウスキーパーが清掃、ゴミ捨て、アメニティの補充等を行ってくれ、便利でした。 Wifiもあり、動画も問題なく見られました。 城壁内なので、観光はどこへ行くのも便利でした。ピレ門が一番近いですが、プロチェ門、ブジャ門、旧港等も歩いて2,3分です。 城壁内のスーパーマーケットも近くにあり、水や食材を買って料理しました。 コインランドリーはブジャ門の外すぐの所にあり近いですが、あまり評判が良くなく(実際2機ほど故障してました)、ブジャ門から歩いて10分程度の所にある方を1度だけ利用し、後は部屋にある洗濯機で下着や肌着を洗い、部屋干しで十分対処できました。 エアコンは冷暖房が完備されており、窓を閉めないと作動しないセンサーがついていました。10月末でしたが、部屋は暑くも寒くもなく、エアコンは使用しませんでした。ただ、湿気でむすことがあり、窓を開放するとかいてきでした。 チェックインはオンラインでパスポートの写真を含んだ情報の入力のみで済み簡単でした。 オーナーはWhatsAppで頻回にやりとりしてくれ、チェックイン前にはアパートまでの行き方、ドアの写真等、詳細に案内してもらい、ハウスキーパーに頼むことはないかや、祝日でスーパーが休みになることなど、貴重な情報も教えてくれました。 滞在中に手が滑ってグラスを割ってしまいましたが、気にしなくて良いと快くご返事いただき、大変助かりました。 チェックアウトもスムーズでルームキーを部屋に残すだけでした。 我々は利用しませんでしたが、チェックアウト後も大きなスーツケース等の荷物を預かってもらえるそうで、アパートの階段部分の空きスペースに置いておける形でした。 全体として大変満足できる滞在で、またぜひ利用したいです。

很不錯的住宿體驗

Appartement 距離Pile Gate 很近，在主大道旁的巷子裏, 大概只需要爬1~2階的樓梯. 但屋內沒有電梯, 需要爬樓梯. 屋主會提前聯絡詢問到達時間, 安排入住有問題也可以線上詢問. 房間很大很寬敞也很乾淨, 室內有冷暖空調, 客廳與臥室是隔開的. 有提供廚具與洗衣機, 也有人會來清潔. 隔壁就是甜點店, 想吃甜點很方便.
