Nice trendy place in downtown

Great little place in downtown Dubuque. Close to many places. They place is nicely stocked. No elevator though, so stairs to upper apartment.

Amazing place to stay!

Very clean and beautifully updated unit. Property owner is very nice and has great communication! Highly recommend...very clse to local restaurants and the hockey rink.

Sisters' Weekend

Ken's apartment was beautiful and spacious. We were sisters in town for a family event, so were on the go a lot. It was fun to step outside on Saturday morning and see the Farmers' Market. Would highly recommend.It may be helpful to know there is a staircase to the apartment and 1 designated parking spot.

Couldn't be better

We are grandparents visiting Dubuque with preschool grandchildren. The grandchildren loved "their house". Perfect location to river museum, water park and eagle point park.

Perfect location

Perfect location - Saturday farmers market outside the door and easy walk to breweries and restaurants. A brief issue with accessing the apartment and connecting to Wi-Fi but Ken resolved the issue within 10 minutes.

Worked Perfectly for us

This 2 bedroom apartment worked perfectly for our girls weekend. It is in an ideal location. The farmer's market is right outside the door. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Ken was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay there again.

Dubuque get away

This clean, undated condo provided a good home base as we enjoyed the sights and attractions of the Dubuque area. Ken was quick to respond and address the few questions or issues we had.

Great stay with kids

Very clean and spacious. There is lots of room for kids to run around. The owner was very responsive in helping us solve a wifi issue which turned out to be completely user error. The only reason the neighborhood gets four stars is that there is a decent bit of road noise and train sounds and also the street lights make it hard to get the rooms completely dark. It was very convenient to get to the River Museum and water park from here though!

Very comfortable

Ken was very friendly and the apartment was comfortable and quiet. We went to a concert at 5 Flags and were able to walk there and back easily. Bonus, there was a Farmers market outside the front door on Saturday morning.

Good location

Check in/check out smooth process. I had issues with WiFi but Ken quickly solved that. Farmers mkt on weekends is where you get your fix on Amish baked goodies…so good! Walking distance to many eats and drinks.

A wonderful place to stay in Dubuque

We had an amazing stay here! The check in process was easy and we had all the info we needed upon arrival. It was meticulously cleaned and everything we needed was there when we opened the door. Plenty of space and the strong WiFi kept the kids happy. Its a great location with easy access to all Dubuque has to offer. Ken is an amazing host for sure!! I would also recommend checking out Oolong Asian Cuisine as it is right below the apartment and very tasty.

Immaculate property. Great location. Loved eating downstairs at the owner's restaurant. Everything was perfect. Only issue would be if you had problems doing stairs. It's on the second floor and 23 stairs in a row to get to the front door. But we would still so it again because it's a great chance to work off his wonderful cooking.
