Don’t get me wrong, the hotel wasn’t horrible. But for the price, it was not what I would call a value. The cost was the same as a Hampton Inn , but nowhere near as nice or accommodating. We had to use the foldout and there were no pillows for it. We asked for pillows and it was like we asked for a lobster dinner. Plus, we didn’t get the pillows The halls smelled like mothballs and they really could work on some maintenance issues. Location is great but we they need to work on hospitality.

I usually stay at Country Inns. This one is not as nice. The elevator makes a screeching noise that makes you wonder if you aren’t going to make it back out. The lobby is sparse, with cheap furniture, and not much of it. I’ve stayed there twice because I needed to be in that area, but I would stay elsewhere from now on. There were pills on the floor of my room, and a couple small paper wrappers that would be impossible to miss if you were cleaning. It lacks friendliness and warmth.

We were very happy with our stay. Our room and bed were great. The staff were courteous. The breakfast was good considering the price of our stay. We enjoyed the treadmills in the workout room. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that the exit on our end of the building had a door that was broken and would only close if you pushed it closed. We saw it open numerous times which allowed cold air in and was a security risk. I mentioned it to management and they said they had people coming to fix it the next day, but the three days we were there we found it open multiple times. Apart from that issue we had a great stay and no complaints.

The second day we were there we came in by the check in I asked them where is the pool located? This same person who checked us in the day before. She proceeded ask me what room are you in and whats your name? The people that run this motel speak very broken English and not friendly . Our hot water in the tub ran a small stream all the time. The ice machine only worked on 1st floor out of three floors. Not up to other country inns I have stayed in thanks
