"Stayed here on Mar 28-31, 2024. This unit including its furniture are dated. The front balcony looked messy when we checked in - tarps on the balcony floor un-tied, chairs all over the place. The inside of kitchen cabinets did not look clean. The cleaning crew could do better. A black mattress or top of some sort stored in the corner of the room with open look to living room. It cut into the space and made you feel like you are staying in a unit that’s is the middle of being renovated. One...

"For anyone involved in a wedding at Elora Mill, this property is ideal. There was plenty of space for our family group of 4 adults and 2 children and the proximity to the Mill property was perfect. Also, all the extra touches were much appreciated-chocolates on the pillow (the kids thought they had hit the jackpot!) and crunchy snacks left for our group were very much enjoyed. Thank you for everything."

"We stayed here for almost a month and amd had gteat time.lots of open space, big tv woth 1000 of channels and move, beautiful bathroom. 2 big beds with 2 nice. Big couchs. Owner friendly amd easy to worl with.highly recommond. "

"Just letting you know that we couldn't access through the front door. Keypad not working, used the garage every time. Even after contacting you about the internet we still couldn't access it so we went the entire time without. Realized not much to do at this time of year. In between seasonal activities. That's our fault. Nice location to the villiage and Collingwood. Maybe leave brochures for customers on what you can do in the area."

"Enjoyed our short stay at this property. Met our needs and expectations. Very clean. One concern was 2 areas that did not meet a wheelchair requirement: (1) no ramp from parking lot to sidewalk up to building, and (2) main floor bathroom door not wide enough for wheelchair to enter. We had to be very creative to conquer these 2 areas. Otherwise, lovely place to stay."

"Expedia description of house is misleading. We expected the entire house, as per description but when we arrived there was already someone in the house and were informed we only booked the basement. How does the entire house become just a smelly basement apartment. And the upstairs renters had the master code to the basement and let us in as our pass code didn't work. We felt unsafe. The Bay Suites, the host company, lied and said they changed the master code so the upstairs renters...
