We liked the location. The washroom has a floor with quite a slope on it so the shower water can cross the floor to a drain under the sink.The drain was very slow , up to 3/3 of an hour to drain; so you walk through water on a sloping floor. Staff just shrugged and said its just like that. No room cleaning, the matress is wrapped in plastic, sweaty to sleep on, the place is terrible and i would not stay there again if it were free

Billig men mangler rengøring.

Meget gammel slidt hotel. Rengøring ikke godt. A/c fjernbetjening virkede ikke, fik skiftede batteri så virkede den igen. Ingen toilet papir. Hotellet er billig og ok for en enkel overnatning. men burde tjekke op på ovenstående ting.

My room, thev only one available was on the 5th floor and there was no elevator. NO ELEVATOR. I'm 74 years old. Do you need any more feedback. I walked out and paid for a room elsewhere. Refund please.

Fair enough

1.) Service- When i check in at the frontdesk last 09/28/19, the one wearing black jacket and im not sure if white shirt or polo underneath the jacket is i dont feel good customer service compare to the one wearing yellow polo shirt i commend her. 2.) Cleanliness - I was at the 5th floor and spent 24 hours check in, i can say the room is clean, clean towels, clean bedsheet. 3.) Comfort, Condition and Local Area - For 24 hours check in, i was able to sleep a little bit because i enjoy spending my time on the nearby mall, bar & restaurant, but i think the aircon is not fully functioning but at least i felt a little cold but not that much, frontdesk area is humid and the hot shower is not functioning. Overall, i still recommend this to the readers on the page and to my family and friends if you prefer nearby mall, bar & restaurant with an affordable rate.

Convenient and clean

Enjoyed my stay at Novo. It was pretty convenient because it’s located next to Lee Plaza and other establishments. The room I got was on the 5th floor in-front of the elevator, it was mostly quiet in the evenings and room cleaning was good. Will definitely stay here again!

部屋は、小さいアリが出たり、テレビがつかなかったり、、清潔さとかは良くないです。(値段か安いからしょうがないかな？) ただ、ホテルのひとがみんなフランクで優しくて良かったです！ 缶詰開ける道具と栓抜きがないのに、缶詰と瓶ビールを買ってしまい、困った時従業員のかたが開けてくれました、、助かった、、

MOLDTEL TERROR! Asia NoGO Hotel

DISGUSTING!!!!! The bathroom had thick mold in every corner and there was always a huge puddle of standing water. Aircon would barely work but then turn off after an hour. The room and entire hotel wing smelled like bengay, so strong it was overwhelming. Broken bathroom door handle and TV stand. Staff downstairs was always on their cellphone (texting/fb) when we complained about the room, not a care in the world. I wouldn't even stay here if I was traveling alone and I've traveled a lot all over the world. Originally booked for 4 nights but only stayed ONE! Find another place. DON'T BOOK THIS MOLDTEL! Plenty more places in beautiful Dumaguete to enjoy your vacation. *** Hotels.com should remove this property immediately!!! ***
