Closer to Holyrood Palace end of RM, so a bit quieter in the evening than closer to Edinburgh Castle area. Only downside is it's quite small if you have more than two people, with only one comfy piece of furniture in the sitting area; we were a group of three adults, and the living room sofa served as a bed for one.
