"The location and accommodations cannot be beat. Located on the 18th hole of East Berwick, just a 3 minute walk to the first tee and about a 5 minute walk to town. The house was well equipped and very clean. The bedrooms had plenty of space. Would recommend for a larger group on holiday or a group of 4-6 golfers. "

"Lovely spacious well-heated house in beautiful countryside. We had a week of snowy weather which was heavenly. Edward, the owner was extremely helpful. He towed out some cars which got stuck in the car park by the house, provided lots of logs, replaced the washing machine which had problems and was generally a great help. This is a house for people who like old books and furnishings...don't go there if you want modern posh."

"All was great. This is a working stable with horses and those many that have to care for horses, plus at least one friendly dog. You felt welcomed and that was appreciated. With a 15 minute drive you are in North Berwick and so close to John Muir park and Seacliff. Seacliff is special.
