"Quiet and peaceful this individual property offers a comfortable stay in lovely surroundings. Close to the town centre, with many places to eat and beautiful Geographe Bay, we would stay again and recommend to others. Just be aware that breakfast is BYO, with a toaster and coffee machine in the communal lounge and a microwave, crockery and cutlery in the bedrooms."

"This house is completely rundown and does not look like the pictures I’ve never complained before but all six guests were also disappointed. The front gate wouldn’t work as soon as we arrive there. Our cars got locked in there one morning because the gate wouldn’t work. The whole Property is just completely rundown and not worth the price that was paid.The house isn’t one house. It’s two separate houses so we thought we were staying in one house together but we completely separated the whole time. It seriously needs some work.The price needs to be half the price we thought will pay a little bit more get something nice but very disappointed. All six of us.were very disappointed."

"Enjoyed our stay, arriving on the Thursday for a wedding on the Friday, staying till Sunday. Accommodation was well located, only 1km out of Dunsborough; clean, tidy and had all we needed to make for a comfortable stay. Richard was always responsive whenever I had any queries. Highly recommend!"
