Great house
The house is beautiful, and it’s in a great spot. There are homes near by but you wouldn’t know it. Our only complaints are the furniture in the living room is not comfortable. We go on a girls trip every year and like to watch movies and hang out in the living room. Also, there is a huge bathtub, but not enough hot water to fill it, which was very disappointing.

Three friends and I stayed here for a quick getaway. It was a lovely home - super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Awesome!
Once again this property does not disappoint! It is immaculate. It is extremely well stocked with everything a traveler could need. The beds were comfortable, the house was very nicely decorated, and it was a great experience. We loved seeing all the wildlife wander through in back of the house. We enjoyed different places downtown, and found the entire town to be very friendly and welcoming! Communication was extremely outstanding! Katie and Terry are excellent hosts. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely place with us again!

This property is wonderful. There are plenty of gathering spaces. The backyard has a gas fire pit and plenty of seating. There is also a front deck to relax on. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with(if you wish). We can't wait to visit Durand again. Katie is a fantastic host.

Beautiful Place!
This is a lovely property that is on the edge of Durand, but feels very private. We had so much fun watching deer, eagles and other birds and even a little red fox. When you enter, the huge master suite is to the left, the living room, dining and kitchen are in the center, and the other bedrooms are on the far end of the house. It was very nice for privacy and separation. While we did not cook much at the house it seemed that it had everything to make meals and even had a crock pot, blender, waffle iron, hand mixer, etc. It was stocked well with paper products, dish soaps, garbage bags and the like. The beds were very comfortable although the queen bed was rather high in height. The bedding was very nice, and the bathrooms had nice heavy towels in them. We had fun exploring the town and the area. It is a very friendly place, and we enjoyed some great food at a couple of the local restaurants. Communication with Kate was great! She was quick to answer questions and you could tell she and Terry wanted you to have a great experience at this lovely property and put a lot of planning into making it a cozy retreat for their guests. Thank you so much for opening it up for us to enjoy! We can't wait to find another date so that we can come back to visit again.
