we did not even get checked in even though we had a confirmed reservation through expedia. The hotel had overbooked and failed to update the web information with expedia. Then it was hours waiting for a call back to get a promise of a refund. Hope i get a refund soon as we did not a room but paid in advance.

Everything was good except after checking in. We found out there is a 10.00 a day parking fee, and a 5.00 a day property improvement fee. I feel that is just money grabbing on top of the fact that it was pretty pricey to stay there. If this property was downtown where parking is a commodity,It could be justified. This property is in the city limits but not downtown.

Wonderful stay, very nice hotel. Rooms were as advertised, very clean. Morning breakfast was quite satisfying, all staff very nice. Hotel is VERY convenient to downtown Durango! Highly recommend!

We had a 2 bedroom unit and it was very clean, the staff was professional, friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was very good with a great variety. I’d love to stay there again.
