"Beautiful and comfy little cabin with a great view of the lake. We had a wonderful time fishing and driving around the lake. It was cold and windy, so we did not use the kayaks. Great dock. It is very close to town, which has a grocery store, many great eating places and a great thrift store. The refrigerator is a small dorm fridge with no freezer. There is no internet available at the cabin, but there is a TV with a blue ray DVD player. The cabin is on the same property as the owners and there is a shared drive. We had a great time and hope to visit again when the weather is warmer. You might add a picture of the kitchenette so guests can know what appliances are available."

"It was a pleasant stay without any issues to the level of making a complain.We noticed a gas bbq grill in the pictures published online. However, did not find a grill at the site. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was clean, kitchen was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. My daughter and her friends, who attend Tabor college, thoroughly enjoyed the downstairs and played pool every day. I enjoyed the big kitchen to make home cook meals for the college “kids”. The landlord was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Hillsboro or Marion. NOTE: we had been staying in another VRBO rental, which had issues, not the owner’s fault and I found this rental, Laurie was so responsive, accommodated our situation and we were able to change houses the very next day."

"I had to have a late check-in and the owners went well beyond other hotels by personally calling me and walking me through how the process would work since I was arriving so late. When arriving at 11:00 pm, the room was ready for me. It was seamless and the easiest check-in experience I have ever had. I will definitely be staying there again."
