Great stay for 3 days. Very close to train station which is ideal. Enjoyed my stay although staff seemed quite rude and abrupt when asking any questions.

Sehr Zentral und gut erreichbar, dementsprechend aber leider auch sehr laut. Abfluss in der Dusche lief kaum ab, sauberkeit der Betten war gerade noch OK. Wenn schon Überdecken verwendet werden sollte man diese auch reinigen. Service des Personals, war ok. Freundlich und korrekt.

Thought Breakfast included, but not obvious and appeared had to be booked separately - Hotel Title = B&B ?? !! No Tea of Coffee making facilities in room No chair in room, only uncomfortable stool Late Check arrangements could be improved

時間外チェクインに注意。
ビジネス用のホテルです。トラムなどの交通機関もすぐ近くで、移動しやすい場所にあります。しかし、場所的にはデュッセルドルフの駅裏側にあたり、住宅街の中にあるイメージです。交通機関も便利かつ宿泊費も安いうえ寝るだけなら十分ですが、華やかな街並みを楽しみたいなら、駅表側ホテルをお勧めします。それとフロントは24時間対応では無いことに注意。フライトが遅れて深夜到着になってしまい、初日のチェックインには苦労しました。時間外のチェックインは、電話で連絡してフロント対応してくれる人を呼び出す必要がありました。たまたな通りかかったホテルゲストに電話してもらい、何とかチェックインできました。
