I stayed at this hotel many times and for some reason on several occasions including this stay, I was given a room that is designed for people with special needs, which an excellent choice if I needed it. The room is not practical for people who don’t need it and it is not enjoyable at all

Good quality reliable hotel with a comfy bed
Convenient location for us next to the main train station Hbf as we were exhibiting at the Messe every day. Beds were very comfortable, black out curtains, rooms quiet, staff friendly, breakfast ok. Gym was excellent size and good range of equipment

Really like the close proximity of the hotel to the Dusseldorf HBF. Not even a stones throw. It worked out perfectly for my parents who are in their early 70’s and for those who have a tendency to overpacked!
