Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It is walking distance from the Bahnhof. We were on the top floor where rain was leaking in around the closed rooftop windows. Otherwise, it was a nice stay in an older hotel.

4th time ive stayed at the hotel. Very reasonably priced and there is a basic buffet breakfast as well. The receptionist let me check in 30 minutes early which was very helpful amd also to store luggage after I left. Only a minute walk to the main station. I will be back.

The team on site were great. The location is fantastic if you are using the train to come in and out of Düsseldorf. However the place is a little tired and it was odd to get an old fashioned key to open/close my door. The breakfast was good, yet a little cheap as there was no fresh orange juice (multivitamin or apple only) or hot meats.

The first impression of this hotel was not great(dated) but I know it is in transition to IHG group and hopefully they will beautify or modernise it in the future. This hotel is very close to the Düsseldorf Hbf, Organics supermarket, plenty of restaurants around especially kebabs and italian food and also close to one of the biggest supermarkets (EDEKA). Room is clean and ok comfort. However, found 2 bed bugs at the last night of our stay >

The room is in dire need of renovation. Carpet is old and tearing, furniture finish completely gone. Can’t open window as noisy. No fan in room. I asked for the TV to be fixed in my room and they said nothing could be done since it was the weekend. No repairs Sat or Sun. Very average and probably less than a 3/5. What gives it an advantage is a 5 minute walk to the main train ststion.

Nice people and easy check in. The room was clean but not as nice looking as the picture. The room was very warm. We opened the windows to cool it at night but then there were some loud people outside. So we shut the windows and I sweated it out.

The hotel is 200 meters from the main train station. Very convenient location. The red carpets in corridors are very tired and so unsightly, they are overdue for refreshing

The room was nice. Very basic had a kettle and some coffee stuff but no fridge which was a bit of a let down as I would have liked one to put my water in to cool. Breakfast wasn’t the best I felt there wasn’t a lot of choice especially if you are vegan or vegetarian. The bed was comfortable and the room looked pretty well cleaned. The area is a good area less then 5 mins to the main station and most places were writhing 30-40 mins walk. Trams are right outside the door although I never used them
