"Property and amenities are very good, rooms a little cramped. Great shower room and bathroom facilities, V.poor WiFi! Very close to pool but could get moisy at tomes. Needs a better description in advertising to say chalet is a static and is on a holiday park. Overall a very good stay as weather was great 👍"

Außerdem hat der Gasherd nicht funktioniert und auch vorab die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, da wir noch etwas zahlen sollten was eigentlich gar nicht mehr offen war und wir dann mehrfach den offenen Betrag erklären mussten. "Die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Chalets entsprechen nicht der Beschreibung und rechtfertigen keinesfalls den Preis. Der Garten ist ungepflegt, der Parkplatz vor dem Chalet wegen unbeschnittener Bäume kaum nutzbar. Die auf den Fotos gezeigte Sitzecke kann allenfalls ohne Kissen (voller Schmutz und Schimmelflecken) genutzt werden. Im Haus selbst war es so schmutzig, dass unsere Kinder (15 Monate) bereits 30 Minuten nach Ankunft komplett schwarze Socken und Kniee hatten. Wir haben dann selbst...

"Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Wohnessbereich und Schlafräume waren ok. Der Küchenboden knarrte oder gab teilweise nach. Die Klimaanlage konnte man nicht nutzen. Alternativ konnte man einen alten Ventilator gebrauchen. Küche ist umfangreich mit alten Geräten ausgestattet. Zusammenfassend haben wir aber ein schönes verlängertes Wochenende verbracht."

Great location with regular buses to Leiden and Den Haag nearby, the only downside was that the reception staff were not the friendliest of people and seemed to take an age to complete the simplest of tasks, the chalet hosts were excellent and very helpful "

"It's hard not to like the location as it is very central. I found the room lighting to be inadequate, and it would have been nice to have some USB ports. Unfortunately, my heat did not work. At first i thought it was part of the EU regulations, but finally realized it wasn't working at all. They did provide a small space heater that helped. Having such a spacious room was a delight and the small kitchen is a huge bonus for a longer stay. I'll certainly come back as the staff was very nice."
