"We had an excellent experience at this property. From valet to check-in was hassle free. Upgraded our room to a corner room on the river and it was amazing. Awesome views & plenty of room. The only downside was we had some TV issues. They did address them immediately. Close to great restaurants. I highly recommend the Olympic cafe for Greek food, Goose Feathers for breakfast or lunch, and Toast. I would definitely stay at the Hyatt again for their great service and location. "

"Stayed in a King room. Excellent room and layout. Very spacious for a hotel room. Good corner room with a decent view. There is a lot of windows in the room, which perhaps the room cooler and the heat took a little bit to catch up. Loud cars can be heard rather easily, but it was not too distracting. Overall, I would stay again. Bed was comfy, better pillows would be the one thing I would change. Oh, and park in the parking garage caddy corner to the hotel. Save a lot of money. "

"The hotel was in a great location. Traffic noise was loud in our 4th floor room but included noise machine really helped. Loved having a Keurig, Microwave and mini fridge in room. The pool and hot tub were small but very nice- would help if hotel labelled what floor they were on as we had to ask. Had to ask to have our room cleaned and new towels despite a 3 night stay which seemed odd. Staff at front desk were not always the friendliest. We had problems with our in room safe and it was fixed...

Also some type of bug bit my ankles under the bed covers, I think mosquito. It itches.
