"Sam was wonderful upon checking in early and accommodating us! We had an issue where the door lock failed and we were locked out of our room. The chief engineer came to the property right away and was able to get us in our room so we could get on belongings and move to a new room! He was very kind and helpful! Also the night auditor(forgive me, I cannot remember her name), was wonderful in getting us moved into a new room on the same floor right away because it was late and she allowed us to put the kids to bed. Additionally, the second night we were there we found a very small bunny by our car and she assisted our daughter in moving it to a safer location because it seemed to be injured. I thought that was very sweet because our daughter was heartbroken for the little guy and not having it’s mother. Melissa and Dee were very understanding and compassionate towards the situation with the room lockout. They were professional and respectful of the inconvenience, and found a way to make the situation better. In all the service at The John CarverInn Plymouth was wonderful and made the stay worthwhile! Thank you! "

"Location was very close to where we needed to be. I was happy with this hotel and it’s staff. Our room was clean. Our beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. It looked like the rooms have been recently updated. Checking took less than three minutes. Rooms have code keys, no keys to drop off at the end of her stay. I was happily surprised with this hotel."

"I loved staying here. The view of the bay from our room was amazing. Loved the private beach. They have a bar and grill with a live band on Saturday night. There are nice wooden beach chairs outside the rooms to enjoy the beautiful weather. The parking lot was full and had to wait for someone to pull out to get a parking spot. Checking in/out was very quick and easy."
