"This house is incredible - we absolutely loved it. Gorgeous views, perfect for our group of friends to hang out and enjoy our time in Hobart with a feeling of luxury and “something a bit special”. Short walk to nearby store and not far from town, close to Mona etc. Mark, the host, is lovely - extra touch of care given in this experience!"

"Inside the, house and linen were clean, beds comfortable. The only air conditioner is downstairs and it needs a new remote, on arrival the upstairs was very warm even for Tasmania. After leaving windows open it became cooler however on hot days upstairs would be very hot without air-conditioning. Outside courtyard and garden really needs a clean up. Very unwelcoming. If you have children the garden is a hazard until it is cleaned up. I also cleaned the range hood filter and itself as it was...

Just a shame my time at most was taken up with work, so i feel like i missed out on all the fun things that were on offer. "Great location. Hobart CBD, wharf and other popular tourist towns and attractions reasonable driving distances. House modern, clean with queen beds in all rooms. Communication with hosts easy and efficient. V"

"This property was perfect for our stay in Tasmania. It was extremely well stocked with everything we needed plus loads of extras. The location was perfect with only a short drive to Hobart and surrounds and close to the airport. The views from the property were beautiful and it had everything we needed to keep our 5 and 8 year olds entertained during our stay. "The tree top views house is a beautiful house located on top of the hill. We really enjoyed the view, the location and the nice set up and decoration of this place. There is a couple minor issues but it didn’t bother us much. The communication was excellent as well. We would recommend the house to anyone."

"We had a wonderful holiday with our friends from QLD. The cottage was just perfect for us. It was well appointed warm inviting and so comfortable. It was central for all the activities we wanted to do while in Tasmania. We all rated our stay a 5/5."

"The location was great and we enjoyed the view of the Tasman Bridge from the expansive outdoor deck. We enjoyed the open plan living space which spaned onto the outdoor balcony. Just some advice would be to provide a salad bowl, platter, mixing bowls etc and more seating in the lounge room as the couch was only a 2 seater. We also missed not having a BBQ as it was perfect weather for it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend."

Definitely sharing someone's home with all their precious things on display so appreciated that trust.The drive down to house is very steep and quite narrow so be aware if you aren't a good backer.Location great for all the must- visit destinations."

"Lovely location, spacious accommodation and instructions for late arrival (9.30pm) were easy to follow. Parking options were unclear and we did a couple of loops around in the dark before parking on the verge opposite our cottage. Once inside we discovered flat batteries in the aircon remote and frozen milk in the fridge. A bit disappointing as we were cold & tired on arrival and a warming tea/coffee would have been lovely.
