"5 stars for all staff, absolutely excellent service, nothing was a problem!!! We have excepted much more from the food though, using frozen vegetable in meals, meals which should be served as hot was almost cold, instant taste in meals, etc... We had the same poor experience with food at hotel Konsel. ..."

"Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Für Kinder sind viele Tiere auf der Anlage und ein schöner Spielplatz. Der Frühstückservice war nicht OK, weil Bestellungen nicht ankamen. Auch die Mülltonne wurde nur sporadisch geleert vor dem Haus. Laut der Chefin liegt dies wohl an der an dem fehlenden Personal. Sonst ..."
