"I liked the online check in feature & was lucky enough to be able to check in earlier than I had planned. The hotels says the rooms are soundproofed, but I doubt it. I was on the 15th floor that looked down on the outside bar at Australia Square & heard music blaring each week night. I only bring this up because they boast about the sound proof rooms & they most definitely aren't"

"Had an amazing stay for my birthday. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was perfect and they even gave me a birthday cake. Check in and out was very smooth. Only negative is the cost of parking and that there was no warning that we would be unable to access the Altitude restaurant or bar Blu until 2000hrs due to a corporate function taking place. That really was a big disappointment. Would def stay again though"
