"We tried to check In early but were told there would be a charge of $25 or $50 depending on the time I have never had this happen. Was told that Hilton honor members can check in early but I couldn’t even though I was a member because I booked through hotels.com. This put me off. But besides that the hotel was fine. Rooms looked recently remodeled. Breakfast was the typical substandard hotel breakfast. Not very good but I guess it’s free"

"This location is a typical older style motel where the room connects to the outside sidewalk. If you’re trying to compare this location to a Marriott somewhere, then of course this location is going to fail. Putting this Quality Inn in the same box, however with other similar motels, I think it was perfectly fine. We had no complaints. "The property is fabulous. It's located just west of Greenville (a beautiful city) on the banks of the Saluda river. It is a privately-owned tiny home in a group of other homes in the Saluda Outdoor River Co (closed for the season). The ambience is perfect - string lights draped between trees, fire pits, outdoor seating areas and of course the view is fabulous. The home has everything you need - plus wine!
