"The apartment was on the second floor. The third floor apartment was being renovated. First floor apartment is not owned by our host. There was parking which is very limited in Boston. This was a great feature. The apartment was totally renovated, very cute. Downside - since the first floor apartment was not owned by the host, the group below would get up at 5am making noise and slamming doors.
