"I've never had a more relaxing, fulfilling vacation. The location alone is breathtaking (wake up early for sunrise over St. John, viewable from the patio). The proximity to restaurants is great but honestly the Sapphire Beach Bar, as well as Paradise Pie, and the coffee shop all on-site was more than enough to keep me fed with delicious food and drink. All the essentials are in home, there was never a need we had that wasn't met "

This was our second time visiting the area and this condo was great for 3 couples, and we absolutely love the beach area near the condo! What made it even better were the two great restaurants that were within walking distance. It was so nice to have that convenience."

The only issue was the knob in the bathroom for the hot water in the shower was broken so it was a task trying to cut the hot water on . The Lighting inside also needs some improvement. Overall we enjoyed out stay!"

"Nice Condo, nice beach, Three choices next to condo for food and drink, plus a coffee/breakfast shop. Host was accessable thru app email for any questions/problems if needed. (No housekeeping though, but worth it for the location and views)"

"Our family enjoyed the stay at Joes place. The water pressure was great and enjoyed showering in the indoor outdoor shower. Easy access to the beach. The rooms stayed cool. The beds were very comfortable. We would recommend staying here. "
