"Lovely welcome even though reception was really busy booking in a large party. Birthday gift was a great surprise and started weekend celebrations off perfectly. Everywhere in the hotel was really clean and well maintained. Breakfast isn't cheap but is good quality with a wide variety of food and excellent service. Parking is very convenient and they have improved security since our last stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families as its location is perfect to access the best of Bristol's attractions."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. I loved the atmosphere and the staff were so polite. The room has very calming and the bed was comfy and pillows. The curtains were black out. "The staff will go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Do take note of the limited parking especially during busy periods. Breakfast is great however the dinner option is limited to pizza and 2 pasta choices."
