A Stone made house 45 sq m with yard and private parking. It has panoramic view over the mountain. Enjoy the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the area. It is a 15 minutes drive to the nearest beach or super market or Aeropolis

Upper level is being used occasionally by the owner

You are renting the Ground level

You have your own independent entrance to the parking and the house
Owners are using occasionally the upper level but will never intrude your privacy.
