"My family and I had a blast. It was beautiful. Did not need to travel far for some great food. Will definitely be back. Staff were so friendly, pool closed at 8:30p every night, that was the only disappointment, due to lighting or something. Overall great place! "

"The location and amenities made this an amazing place to stay! We enjoyed downtown St Augustine and also were able to hang out and enjoy a swim and some smores by the fire pit. Everything was clearly labeled, easy to find and the check in and out process was easy!"

"We absolutely loved this little cottage. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were so comfy. We did use the hot tub one evening and it felt amazing. Having parking on the property is a huge plus. The neighborhood is perfect to walk most everywhere and felt very safe. This was our first trip to St Augustine and we are hoping to go back. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was beautiful and clean. A short walk to the beach and it also had a beautiful heated pool. Two rooms were separated by a Jack and Jill bath room but each had their own sink and mirror! This was great! The property managers were extremely quick to respond and this was very helpful considering we arrived the day after the hurricane came through. Everything was perfect."

"Our group had a terrific time at the house. The bedrooms were all nice and comfy, the kitchen had all we needed and the pool was lovely. The only things that would have made it better would be better quality and more towels, pool floats and beach chairs to bring to the beach."

"The host was as nice as the house. It was charming and had everything you need. It’s an old house so it has lots of sqeaks. There were 8 of us. More suitable for 6 adults or 3 couples. We all enjoyed our stay and wrote in the guest book. We would go back again! "

"Linda has done an awesome job with this cottage. It was quaintly decorated and had all essentials amenities. The house is within walking distance to town and the shuttle stop is about a block away. I highly recommend if you are staying in St Augustine. "
