"This home on Lake DeRuyter was perfect for our extended family vacation. The house was equipped with all our needs. The owner was responsive with questions. The dock was perfect for fishing and swimming was great as weeds were well controlled. The property is dog friendly as well, which made this vacation even better. Will definitely stay again!"

"We encountered some issues as a result of a fluke storm that was not foreseeable- Mikey was super helpful, responsive, and easily contacted. The house is beautiful and the dogs loved the fenced in yard area to stretch their legs. we will rent from Mikey on our next trip to Norwich :). "

"If you're looking for a quiet break in a country setting, it would be hard to beat this property. The cottage itself is charming and relatively well equipped. The host is accessible and responsive, and the pastoral view from the property we never tired of during a 2 month stay. The beds are comfortable and everything works The only less than perfect issues to consider are relatively low head room upstairs(although, to be fair, I am 6'4") and upstairs bed rooms- downstairs bath.
